lyrics

Take a little when you’re feeling overwhelmed. Or drink a glass to clear your mind. Flowers of the field will quit their openings, just to let you know that you are mine. Tiny metal key chains stuck to an opening settle at the corner of your tooth. Or did I hear a ringing in the house we share? Freedom has a frightful way with youth. Do you ever get bored living all by yourself? Do you pick up the phone when the neighbors aren’t home? Do you ever feel like you’ve lost your way when you’re far from home and the road signs say to turn back if you want to try and find seven years in the past that we’ve left behind. I’ve since thought of you as a kind of friend even though I’ve been quiet and on the mend. Now we’re older and grown up and turning wise, turning back for a moment to memorize. Do you ever get bored living all by yourself? Do you pick up the phone when the neighbors aren’t home?

Wooden Lucy Seoul, South Korea

A Seoul based 4 piece rock band with members hailing from France, Australia, and the U.S.
